The driving force behind Mr. B’s Southern Cuisine is Harold W. Berry. Harold took his Birmingham, AL southern traditions to Detroit, MI where he raised his family on good southern soul food and lots of love. “Mr. B” as he was affectionately called instilled in each of his five children a tradition of welcoming everyone to enjoy a home cooked meal made with love from the soul. The Berry household philosophy is “Welcome your guests with a warm comfortable home and great food, and the good times will roll!”

In 1992, Harold’s daughters Terri and Corky took the Berry Philosophy into business starting Occasions Event Planning & Gift Ideas. The Berry sisters catered and planned events from birthday parties and weddings to cabarets and family reunions. In 1999, Terri connected to her Mom Molean’s (aka Mrs. B) Savannah, GA roots and brought her talents to the Atlanta area and Mr. B’s Southern Cuisine was born. 

Today, Mr. B’s has grown into a full-service catering and event planning firm serving the Atlanta Metropolitan area. Mr. B’s Vision is to become the premier “Soul Food” caterer and “Most Sought-After” event planner in the Atlanta Metro area.
